How do I return an item?

We strive to offer the best products available and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Our goal is to treat you like we like to be treated. 

If you decide you want a refund contact me at support@gameknight.com before returning your order, and we'll work out the details. 

Products being returned should be received by GameKnight Products within 30 days from the date they were delivered to you.

The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to GameKnight's - located in Monroe, NY.

We don't offer returns on special\custom orders - unless the product is defective in some way.
